Providence Ridge Boulevard in Brandon, Florida. Brandon is
approximately 12 miles east of Tampa and 25 miles west of Lakeland.
We enjoy easy access to the Tampa Bay area via the Leroy Selmon
Expressway (aka Crosstown), I-75, and also I-4. We are one mile
north of the soon-to-be-completed, elevated, reversible, expansion of the Leroy Selmon Expressway. This new expansion is planned to be a one-way link to downtown Tampa in the morning and then, in the evening, reverse back one-way to Brandon - this convenience will be awesome for owners in Sterling Ranch (more info)
